BHARGAVI C. MANDAVA is the author of the novel Where the Oceans Meet (Seal Press 1996). She has also published numerous poems and essays. Currently, Ms. Mandava is working on a collection of stories and her next novel. The hardcover edition of Where the Oceans Meet was a Small Press Awards Finalist in 1997.
